Mark Coe began his investment career in 1987 as an analyst at Gofen and Glossberg, Inc. and later established Kent Associates within Paine Webber. In 1999, he formed Coe Capital Management, an investment management and advisory services firm, and launched the first Intrinsic Edge fund. Mark earned a BS in Accounting from University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign, where he was awarded the “Bronze Tablet”, one of the University’s highest academic honors. Mark also holds a Masters of Management in Finance and Economics from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business. Mark is actively involved with several educational and charitable organizations and currently serves on the Investment Committee for the University of Illinois and is the Governing Director for the University of Illinois Foundation.

Akshay Kaura joined the Intrinsic Edge team in 2019. Prior to joining, he played a leadership role in the launch, establishment and management of two Minneapolis based multi-billion-dollar alternative investment firms – Black River Asset Management (2004-2016) and Garda Capital Partners (2016-2018). In his most recent role at Garda Capital Partners, he served as Managing Director with oversight responsibilities across the finance, treasury, liquidity management and operations functions. He also worked at Cargill, Inc as a Business Analyst in their Minneapolis office and with ABB Alstom Power in India and Germany. He holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University (India), in addition to an MBA and MS in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Andy Corral has been with the Intrinsic Edge team since 2007. He started as a junior analyst and quickly transitioned into more senior investment roles at the firm. Andy is now an integral part of the research leadership team and currently serves as Co-Portfolio Manager of Intrinsic Edge Digital Infrastructure Fund. Andy has worked closely with Mark Coe in building the research capabilities of the firm and continues to be a key contributor to the funds’ ongoing success. He graduated from Illinois State University in 2007 with honors, earning a BS degree in Finance with a minor in Economics.

Director of Research
Daniel Craig serves as the Director of Research at Intrinsic Edge. Initially, he joined the firm as an analyst, but quickly rose to assume the role of senior analyst. In this capacity, Daniel made material contributions in identifying actionable investment ideas and enhancing of the firm’s research process. Daniel was appointed as Director of Research in 2025. In this role, Daniel plays a pivotal part in managing the team of research analysts, helping them develop and refine their skills in stock selection and analysis. Daniel graduated from Saint Xavier University in 2010 with a degree in Business Management and received his MBA in Finance from The Graham School of Management at Saint Xavier in 2012.

Nick Giuliano joined Intrinsic Edge in 2022 and comes with over 15 years of finance industry experience. As Managing Director of Business Development & Investor Relations, Nick is responsible for marketing the Intrinsic Edge strategies to the allocator community and managing investor relationships. Prior to joining Intrinsic Edge, Nick spent the first seven years of his career as a derivative trader and market marker within various commodity and equity markets. Nick has since held roles focusing on various client channels at Morgan Stanley and Charles Schwab. Nick has his undergraduate degree in Finance & Economics from Marquette University and holds the CFP@ designation.

John Davis joined the Intrinsic Edge team in 2022. Most recently, John served as the Chief Compliance Officer at RMB Capital Management, LLC, a registered investment adviser with approximately 10 billion in assets under advisement at the time of John’s departure. Before RMB, John spent 14 years as Chief Compliance Officer at IronBridge Capital Management (2003–2017). In addition, he has held the Chief Compliance Officer position for various Registered Investment Companies concurrently with his CCO roles at RMB and Ironbridge – RMB Investors Trust (2017–2022) and IronBridge Funds, Inc (2011–2019), where he played an integral part in the merger of the Fund Companies. He received his BBA cum laude from Ohio University majoring in Finance and Business Pre-Law with a minor in Psychology.
